Van Happen Containers and Crown Uitzendgroep

An Interview with Richard van Trigt from Van Happen Containers on their co-operation with Crown.

More than seven years ago, Richard van Trigt started as the Workshop Head at Van Happen Containers in Eindhoven. Four years ago he became Operations Manager responsible for all operational departments at the company (welding, painting, joinery, warehouse, workshop, repairs and the entire car fleet).

Through the Personal Department, he established good relationship with Crown Uitzendgroep.

Cooperation with Crown

We developed efficient contact channels with several colleagues from Crown who are precisely communicated our needs. They know our company really well and are aware of what we expect. We often seek people to the workshop, welding shop or grindery.

We are quite critical and insist on real professionals who offer high-quality work, on experienced and qualified team members.

Crown people regularly visit our company, they know it and its employees. It’s really wonderful to be able to work with a professional partner who takes seriously our requirements.

Crown knows how it works and “really” keeps its promise!

Richard: The people at Crown just know what it’s all about. When they send candidates to us, we know they are all right. The Crown people are just professionals. If sometimes something goes wrong, they just tell me and I can decide what to do next. Crown really keeps its promise!
